SAMPLE DINNER MENU FOR 2 PEOPLE
Appetizer:
Mixed board of meats(coppa, cappicola, prosciutto and air dried beef), truffle patte, fresh squash blossoms from our garden stuffed with fresh goat cheese, cheese such as spanish aberico and french port salut. All these goodies served with fresh bread from Pekara, our local specialty bakery.
Salad:
Mixed Greens from our farmers market, served with sweet peppers, tomatos. Topped with a terragon and lemon dressing.
Main Course:
Seared Shrimp and Scallops served on a bed of couscous with a roasted garlic and herb burree blanc.
Dessert:
Homemade vanilla bean ice cream, topped with fresh peach flambe and served with housemade outmeal crisp cookies.
Wine of your choosing from a wide menu of white, red and sparkling wines. Coffee, Espresso, Sparkling water, after dinner scotch or port, tax and tip are all included with meal price.

**All dinners use local ingredients, sourced from our farmers market whenever possible. Our produce is always 100 percent from our garden or farmers market during the months of May to December.
